We value every client and strive to deliver top-tier landscaping services. This Refund Policy outlines how and when we offer refunds or service corrections. While we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction, refunds are issued under specific conditions only. Our policy aims to maintain fairness while protecting the time and labor of our team.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

If a service was not performed due to an internal scheduling error on our part.

If the quality of work falls below agreed standards and we are notified within 24 hours of the service.

If a client was mistakenly overcharged.
Refunds are not available in cases such as:

Service dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after completion.

Lawn or landscaping issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g., drought, pet damage, irrigation issues).

Dislike of the outcome when service was performed as requested.
Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may result in a $10 cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of services.
Prepaid or Package Services:

Unused visits from prepaid packages are not refundable after 14 days.
Weather delays:

Services postponed due to bad weather will be rescheduled at no cost, not refunded.
